Our technical team consist of specialist who are dedicated, experienced and skilled technicians & engineers, over the years has successfully completed many projects ranging from sme offices to very large enterprise.

Maintenance Agreement Services

The basic element in a technical support package from us is a Maintenance services agreement, in which hours of coverage, response time and advance equipment replacement are all stated.

This agreement makes clear the priority and commitment that can be expected from us when problems are encountered and aims to minimize a system down-time.

 
User training
We provide user and maintenance training as part of our ongoing effort to minimize the cost for onsite support services.
Outsource Integration Services
We team up with selected manufacturers or their representatives and specialists to provide a comprehensive integration service with our systems which include related 3rd party systems, application softwares, accessories, engineering works, cabling, etc.
Repair Services
Our workshop is equipped to repair faulty system boards and telephone sets.
Spare parts are available for loan or exchange, while the faulty parts are sent to our workshop for repair.
